Cebee Richardson serves as Vice President of Business Development for Fidelity National Title of Wyoming. Over the past fifteen years, she has balanced raising her two sons with successfully owning and managing rental properties in Laramie, Wyoming. A lifelong Wyoming resident and graduate of the University of Wyoming, Cebee values her extensive connections across the state and her deep familiarity with its communities. She is proud to join Fidelity National Title, bringing renewed energy, enthusiasm, and a relationship-driven approach to her work.

Outside of her professional life, Cebee spends much of her time at baseball fields and basketball courts cheering on her boys. She also enjoys traveling, cooking and practicing yoga.
