SVP, Commercial Title Manager

Rio Smith, Senior Vice President, Commercial Title Manager of Fidelity National Title of Wyoming, has extensive experience in Wyoming real estate transactions. After graduating from law school, Rio served as in-house counsel for a title company in Wyoming, managing commercial transactions statewide. Later, Rio spent several years in private legal practice, handling a wide range of legal matters, from mineral title opinions and real estate disputes to estate planning and probate. Before joining Fidelity National Title, Rio owned and operated a Wyoming title company, managing a range of transactions, including residential, commercial, and complex cases. This wide-ranging knowledge and experience allow Rio to provide clients with clear, practical guidance, meticulous attention to detail, and effective handling of unique and complex transactions.

Rio earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wyoming and his law degree from the University of Oklahoma. He is licensed to practice law in Wyoming and Colorado.
